The Collin County Appraisal district  http://www.collincad.org/   will soon be sending us our 2008 property values. This will hopefully help you to a quicker guide for understanding your appraised value and being able to protest it if you would like. This will help you with the calendar of the appraisal & protest process. If you should want to Protest your appraisal then follow these steps.
